Sorry I dont know about any document but you can block ports by clicking object->services->custom->new then specify the port number and click on radio button whether its TCP or UDP port.Hope this is helpful.

I think you can achieve by blocking port 554 tcp/udp. 554tcp/udp(RTSP real time streaming protocol)
