yup, It allow me to start the session but when i put in the password it will not work? But if i try Http or https or telnet the password works fine?

OK, Sounds like thats a pretty good idea. I was just testing vlan 1 and i am not getting all the traffic from vlan 1. Once I can see at least all my traffic then i will go with you recomendation. Do you thin i need to make any changes to my config on the switches?

I have also seen this when the GBIC was not compatible with the Switch. I had the same issues with mine. I then researched on the Cisco website found it was the wrong GBIC. Good luck and hope this helps
