Hello All,

Has anyone attempted to connect Openscape Business with Mitel MiVoice office 400 over VPN? I am sure there is no official support for this, but it must be possible with a SIP trunk?

I have a feeling that if I was on a MS DHCP it would work, but I am stuck with the Sophos UTM. We ended up manually entering the DLS server after the phones grabbed the new IP and vlan from the option 43.
Me again,
We have tried to get option 43 to work for the phones following exactly the settings from the OSB admin documentation. We know the phone is seeing the option because they are grabbing the right IP segment and setting the vlan correctly; it is the address for the DLS server that is...
We are investigating other options for SIP client on cell phones (iPhone) in place of MyPortal which is proving problematic on our network.
Does anyone have experience or suggestions on a stable SIP client for OSB. We are currently testing media5-fone but it looks like the product is going EOL...
Deploying the MyPortal to go on iPhones that will be used as internal wifi phones. When installed on iPhone an incoming call only rings once and if the application is in background an incoming call will not ring or wake the phone. Works perfectly on Android.
software version V2R4.0.1_007
We ended up doing a re-import of all the stations at it worked first try. There must have been some issue on the first import.
Now we have an issue with MyPortal to go and iPhone... new thread time.

Hello all,
I need to manipulate (drop) digits sent by the carrier to match internal extension for DID. Pretty easy on Cisco and Avaya, but I can't find where they do it on OSB. (looked though the Web admin and Manager E).

I am trying to re-initialize a DMC080 on a CICS 7.0. I have reset the password to default as instructions state from the CLI over serial. I have the admin software, and have tried a USB nul modem and regular nul modem cable (both will show DCM connected). The problem I have is the password is...
has anybody else seen this and found a solution?
(I have tried changeing the server time to GMT as some support items suggest but with no luck).
When installing presentation server 4 on Win2003R2 server I get this.
sitemgr.exe has generated errors
process id=0xeb4, thread id 0xc4c (3148)
If a 8x16 was purchased (verified with invoice) wouldn't that mean that the system is not restricted? (although it would not be the first time a supplier shipped the wrong item).
I have a CICS 8x16 7.0 were the first 4 lines are working fine. we added 3 new lines (31, 32, 33) and configured to ring/app on the phones, but when we punch the button there is a delay then service not available on the display and a fast busy.
The new lines have been tested by replacing one...
Not sure if this is the right forum for this question.
I have an access databas that looks like it was created with access 2000 running on access 2007 (lists 2000 mode at top of screen). When we use the database on the machine where the database files are stored the system will run fine. When...
I have a Nortel/Polycom NTAB2666 that has been setup as per documentation to a CICS, that will not dial to outside numbers. when any other number than 2 (inside DN) or 9 is pressed I get a fast busy.
I am sure I am missing something simple here.
