calls can land if agents not logged in to user interface?
@rinchuraj - You can achieve this by assigning an extension to your agents using IPO500v2 control unit, you can also assign a dedicated number to this particular agent by using Incoming call route.- Prithivi17

if there no agents logged in to an agent group, will the incloming call can continue ring to topic?
@rinchuraj - Once the call hit a specific AG with no agents mapped the IPOCC default system music will play. Only the caller can disconnect the call but till that the system music will play.- Prithivi17
