The name of the import file must be the same as the name of the control file. The only difference is the file extension.
Both files must be in the same folder
The data of a record is separated with semicolons
The entry is case-sensitive

@rinchuraj - You can achieve this by assigning an extension to your agents using IPO500v2 control unit, you can also assign a dedicated number to this particular agent by using Incoming call route.
@rinchuraj - Once the call hit a specific AG with no agents mapped the IPOCC default system music will play. Only the caller can disconnect the call but till that the system music will play.
