    I linked all of the layers together, but what else do I have to do in order to resize all of the layers together?

    I have an 800x600 .psd file, with multiple layers. I want to increase the size of everything to fit 1024x768. I know how to increase the canvas size, it's just a matter of streatching out all of my layers. Does anyone know how, without merging the layers?
