I got it. I just did a Detect and Repair on Word and it set back to default settings, and my issue was resolved. Thanks all.

When I open a document in Word 2003 and then go and open another document, it defaults to the last location I "Looked In". With pictures it always goes back to the default location I have set in Options. How can I get the pictures to act the same as documents? I am inserting a lot of photos...

We have a Phaser 8500 solid ink printer. There is a lite stripe that runs the length of the page toward the left side. What causes this? Thanks.

I need to know the name of the gear assembly that is on the left side if you are looking at the back of the printer and you pull the fuser out. It is the gear that drives the fuser. I thought it would be a part of the main drive, but it is not.
