I'm at a loss. I have a DS1 slotted in a port/slot (example: 01B09). This board is not administered and is giving errors and alarms. It has a CSU on the back and I see nothing associated with the board. The error type is 1281 and 1300. The Avaya documentation is just not helpful to clear...

you should be able to remove the lastest firmware on the phone "if IP" by dialing <mute> 73738#. That will reset the phone to the defaults. If you downloaded the firmware to a FTP server to sink with the phone, remove the firmware off the FTP server before re-setting the phone to the factory...
I think you have the answer to your question. The version could be sooner then 5.2. Also try checking for the updates at Avaya's wep site for your version of IPSoftphone. V11 should be able to work with it. Just check the settings and I wouldn't use roadwarrior either.
never did get it work, so I just gave up on it. lol!! sorry couldn't help. It's a setting in MM we just don't have. I tried to create a COR but it did not work. MM is just a pain sometimes.
