I guess u can try to check one more thing : display/change cabinet <cabinet number> to check which card the slot displays?
accordingly u can remove the card entey for the slot where u want to insert the new card...as mrjedi suggested u need to remove all the exnts configured on that card or...

2) mention the hunt group type as Circular
3) Put the extn. in the hunt group and try dialing the hunt group number to test internally.
4) no need to configure any coverage path in the hunt group.
5)Now you can configure a VDN which will point out to a vector...

I would suggest to verify the basic settings like IP address,subnet mask,gateway ping test. I would suggest to connect IP phone n/w cable to a laptop and trying reaching the router,server,CLAN etc..just to reconfirm that no probs with LAN...you can also check the speed settings at each end...
