okay so my computer was recently messed up so i had my dad reinstall windows and everything on my computer. but now it seems to be stuck at 640 byc480 resolution.... when i start my computer a popup comes up on the taskbar saying "screen resolution is really low. click this balloon to fix." but...

okay, I'm running SP 3 idk if this is important but, whenever i start my computer successfully i get 2 pop up windows that say "Access violaion at address 0040756D in module 'WMP54GV4.exe' Read of address 00000368 that module is the model number of my PCI Adapter.

I replaced my router because it kept timing out and dropping my internet connection every 2 or 3 minutes and i would have to unplug it to get it to work. but it still "works". it's just a big pain in the butt..
