    DBM32 module stopped working

Me too, that's why I checked them first. And of coarse the blue pair were the last I tried, and this was just a regular patch cable I cut to use with my volt meter. So there you have it.

    DBM32 module stopped working

Well the 1416 was working, just not the module. Joe2938 when I tested the PS it was actually the blue pair that had the 48 volts on it.

oy oy oy oy oy! I have to fess up! When I went down to try tlpeter and joe2938 suggestion. I saw lights on my module. So I went back to the main desk and noticed that the two wires were swapped! DBM32 module stopped working

Ok, I'm back. I found out that when this started to happen last week there was a new receptionist there. Is there a way that you can turn off the DBM32 from the 1416 itself? Not having to go into the Manager.

    DBM32 module stopped working

I replaced all components with brand new pieces. The replacement 1416 actually updated itself when that was first connected. So I'm at a loss.

    DBM32 module stopped working

The jack works fine. I forgot to mention the 1416 itself works fine. It's just the module that is not working. Also I can dial any local extension from the 1416. So I'm guessing the extensions are programmed with Manager.

    DBM32 module stopped working

It's really troubling and frustrating because I literally swapped out all of the components and I'm still having a problem. That's why I am so interested whether these LED's flash for a couple of seconds when the module powers up. At least that way I know if it is getting power.

Thanks for getting to me so quick, btw. Is there a LED light check when you first plug in the DBM32? I forgot if there is.

    DBM32 module stopped working

Yes I had to buy a new DBM32 to get a new cable because I couldn't find the cable only. That's a $59 dollar cable! Arrrrgh! And yes I tripled checked all my connections.

    DBM32 module stopped working

Hello, I have a simple but yet a perplexing problem. my DBM32 Module just stopped working for no apparent reason. So I have been troubleshooting the cause for a couple of days now. The first thing I tried was to replace the 1151 power supply to see if that was the culprit, but still no lights on...
