@billz66 they are on PRI. When I trace the calls I see the breakdown is correct. It rings to the external but goes right to the vmail. I tried the COS options: Display Held Call ID on Transfer and Hot Desk External User to Yes. Waiting to test with a tech on site.
MiVB R9.1 on MXeIII
User has a deskphone, EHDU, and Softphone as a Multi-device user group.
When I enable the presence for the EHDU and call the DID from external it goes through correctly. The call rings on the Desk phone and the External at the same time.
