Just Inherited 8x24 DR5 system, Pickup gets "Pickup Denied"
Bang!!! I'd set the primary set to Group: No - DOH! Even though all of the other sets were set to Group 1, with the primary set out of the group, there was no way for the other sets to pickup any of the incoming calls. Kudos! Tim- brucoder

Hi Folks, I've just inherited an 8x24 w DR5 software and a Flash 2 unit (10 phones, 5 lines). The unit has been working fine until a building power issue caused a reset over the weekend just before the new year.
