if you are going to use the PSTN to dial out on. The co trunk circuit descriptor has the audio inhibit until answer supervision setting which set is yes by default. This can cause the one way audio for the first 5 - 10 seconds of the call.

Does the NTL link come up at all, what at the lights showing on the T1/E1 module.
Try the CRC4-enabled setting in the link descriptor, changed the setting in case NTL have chnaged the configuration.

I have managed to resolve the issue by editing the udp_setside_address and udp_icpside_address in the /etc/tug/tug.ini file. Then set the teleworker into lan mode now the 3300 and ip phones send response to the internal address and no audio issues.

Sorry I did read your post, i have been advised that the Teleworker will not work with a cisco pix firewall.
Does anyone know of a work around.
