I have a customer that has voicemail pro 5.0.23 that the customer has a vm light goes into the mailbox and their are no new messages.They are getting vm to email but the new message is not always in the mailbox? They are set to copy on the email setting?
I have a T-1 that requires Authentication. Twinning will only work when a did on their system is sent.
They need to see the originating A #, called to B# and DID in C # fields
If anybody has run into this please let me know.

Can you use mobile twinning to forward a collative hunt group call to multiple cells? Or if any body knows of a better way to have a couple of cells get called at the same time

This problem started because they are hearing DTMF tones on their line. When someone is in voicemail the voicemail will be interupted by tones. Avaya added traces to the pc t hat will look at the whole call. I am banging my head against the wall.

I have a 412 at 4.2.17 VMPro 4.2.30 with 5 meet me conferences that were working. You call them enter a password and I get static. It shows that I connect to the conference but the audio is not there.
I am having trouble with changing outbound the caller id for users. the short code is [9]N; Nsi7810000000 dial 1 this goes out over the pri with the main number. If i use code 9N the forwarding will show the correct number when the did is called but the user can not dial out. it is a 406 v2...
