The customer wants to use the A/A to initiate the external call forward after having offered the caller some choices through the CCR programming.....any ideas as to what version Voice Mail system and software level will allow this to happen with a 7.1 KSU software?- hckystyk

what level of CICS/MICS software is required to be able to do an link/transfer on a line (assuming the line supports the feature), to an external number?
