SoftConsole - No Audio when Picking up Parked Call
Cant find any glitches in SysMon and nothing out of the ordinary. Issue: Reception parks call (button or hotkey, doesnt matter) then un-parks call (button or hotkey) and gets no audio on either side of call. Current fix; put newly 'un-parked' call on hold and then retrieve. All is fine...- edayalfa

IP Phones connecting to SCN network
Yes, VIA SCN (Small Community Networking). Resiliency is configured on Line | IP Office Line | Line under SCN Backup Options. If you're not familiar with the above and how they work, I wouldn't advise taking a whack at it on a live system. :) E- edayalfa
