Dawn you can set the Personal Attendant of the mailbox(es) to 1356 and then record at the end of the greeting "if you need ... please press 0" which will send the call to 1356. Otherwise you could have a caller application like Ken mentioned but that can get a bit complex depending on the way...
In the \Avaya_Support\Tools\FEDBQuery folder on the MAS execute the FEDBQuery.exe program, select option 2 and provide a filename (something.csv will allow you to open it in Excel).
Use Option 3 to dump all users.
In the VMSC click on Tracing System and then Operation History Collection. Shorten the number of days before events expire. The next time it runs the cleanup it will delete expired events and shrink the size of the database.
