    Just so this thread isn't a complete waste-- I changed his phone out no problem. But the new phone doesn't have the MWI indicator on and it should as there are messages in the users voicemail box. How to reset the button so it is on? Do I have to turn it off on the old extension? Thx

    sorry, we can delete this thread. I didn't put parenthesis around the numbers when creating the new keyset (0 7 5). That was the key....
