hey guys recently i ran into a problem with my backup server. im running brightstor 11.5 SP3 - whenever it tried to backup my mailboxes it runs for a minute and passes over it and says Finished meanwhile i know there is a lot of mailboxes. i checed the ExchVerify.log file and and error comes up...

but it was never this slow and my other servers that are doing brick level arent this slow but then again the backup drive & mailbox store are on the same server

hey guys i get this error on my backup server and i read on the ca website that it has to do with ports being different in the exchange configuration and in a txt file..but the ports match..and when backing up takes forever because of the converting...any ideas? brightstor 11.5 SP3 btw

ok so i think service pack 3 has something to do with this..because i uninstall the exchange agents and reinstalled it and i could open up the Exchange Agent Config..but once i applied SP3 i get that same error..what do you guys think is up?
