Check the lease time on your DHCP server and also check the number of addresses available. As far as your machine goes make sure that DHCP media sense is not disabled.

Contact your aloha dealer, there is a DST patch they came out with a few years ago to correct this problem. It's a very easy fix. If you have no luck I'll look to see if I still have it. Versions 6.0 and above already correct this problem.
