Was this resolved? Instead of starting a new thread I'm having this same issue.
My users cannot connect to outgoing conference IDs.
They connect initially then when asked to input the code it only registers the first number..
Very strange, we've never had this problem before.

In the system services I'm getting an alarm saying "VM Pro/lite fails to connect to the control unit PC IP address 192.168.1.201."

The IP address of the VM server is 192.168.1.201 and its sets to the same thing in manager.
DHCP is set to disabled.
I'm thinking of remormating this PC and reinstalling the software, and uploading my Files. I dont have any other ideas.
No firewall, and no Anti-virus Software.

The only thing that I changed before I shut down this computer was the password to log-in as Admin. I didn't know the pass previously, so I changed it to protect myself. Could this have caused an issue?
