The site I tested it on has 3 sites all running Rel 8 UR1. To be honest, I currently don't trust anything above UR2. (Even UR2 is hit and miss!!)

Where did you get that information, I have just tried this on one of our sites that have all extensions programmed in the Remote BLF and ops man will happily move, Delete and Change Resiliency. Are you sure the issue you have is not related to one at the crappy Release 8's UR3 or UR4?

Add Keys 6001 to 6004 into ring groups. Add the analogue extension into each ring group and then add the 4 ring groups into the Hunt Group intsead of the 4 keys.
The key and the anlogue will ring at the same time.

Totally Agree. Don't see why the remote BLF form is not automatically updated with every new extension. Seems a bit short sighted to me.
It's just another thing to remember each time you add an extension!!

You have to go onto the Night bell extension with a pot phone and manually call forward the phone to voicemail. It should then follow the call forward after the bell has rang.

Totally Agree. ACD is Longest Idle agent and that's that. It would be nice if there was more options in ACD as it hasn't been updates since year dot. Found out the other day that you cannot use mobile extn with an ACD Agent. How poor is that!!
HI Nigel, There have been a number of issues with the new 5302 handsets. Do you have access to Mitel online. Worth looking at Release notes and TIB's to see if your issue falls into these.
Just dial the access number from phone 1, press * and access phone 2's mailbox.
Alternatively, program a message lamp key onto phone 1's handset and when there is a message they get notification and when they press the button it will dial the relevant mailbox.

Best Way is to send them to a Nametag hunt group and then to the relevant mailboxes.
