pkello, thanks you for your reply.
While logged in as 'rccuser', I am able to query the data using Microsoft query analyzer so that's not my concern.
It would be nice to log in as 'sa' so that I can create backups, perhaps create some jobs, write my own SP's etc.. so that I have some more...
Alright I got in. The problem was I had to specify the port in my argument.
By the way, that root pass didn't take, I used rccuser pass and it worked!!!
Thanks for all of your help.
Thanks TLDuk but none of the user / pass combination worked for me.
Johnthephoneguy, Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we're not able to take down the BCM as it's in use everyday for the holiday rush.
If there's anyone who's having similar issues as me, I'd appreciate some guidance...

just upgraded to 4.0 and trying to log into mysql.
I got the user and pass but still not able to log in
I get this error when I type in the password: r33CCtgs2?
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
Has anyone been able log in?
Thanks in advance.
we're currently not using VPN on all of our ip phones but had no issues whatsoever. But from reading from the posts, VPN is highly recommended. I will try this.
One of my remote i2004 keep dropping connections and keep trying to reboot, at least 4 times a day. I have 3 more i2004 phones that have no such issues. The only difference is that the i2004 that keeps on dropping connection is using cable... all others are using DSL. Is there a compatiblity...
Well I thought we fixed it but the problem started back up again. It seems that the data is accurate on Monday's but the following day (tuesday) data is added to the previous date data. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
Thanks for responding biv343. We are using rrc version 2.1.0.39. I noticed that on Tuesday, after the Memorial day, we started to get accurate realtime data. However, the following day, the realtime data was being added on top of the previous date data... Is it a just a matter of clearing out...
We just installed BCM 400 3.6 We've had some data discrepancy with our realtime data. It seems that our previous date data sets are being added to current (realtime) data. Anyone experience this issue? Thanks in advance.
