Thank you TouchToneTommy! I didn't know about the Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer option. It was checked, hence the problem. It works fine after unchecking the option.- saviofernandes

Forward unconditionally takes me to the user's VM! Why's this happening?
Hello, I've been trying to set up call forwarding to forward unconditionally if a number is called. It keeps going to voicemail without even getting through to the number to be forwarded to. I've tried disabling voicemail only to be presented with a busy tone. The system no answer time is 15...- saviofernandes
