    @ LoupyLou, Sorry for the late reply, holidays and all... UCA was upgraded from AMC under Servicelink / blades option. MSL wasn't upgraded, just the UCA. This sounds like a license issue, but what other licenses are reqd or are missing for v_UCA? Cheers

    Hi Jakt99 I did this the other day but cheated. Using COR via ARS to designate the trunk group, I backed an analog extn into a LS port and set the CPN Substitution accordingly for the ana extn. It works but obviously limits your choices somewhat depending on available ccts... Cheers Mate!!

    @Supernova99 & fissure, HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control & Monitor both allowed in COS and .net4 installed. I've found you can't install UCA client without it. @mitelpassion, tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times to no avail. I will dig a little deeper. Thanks guys
