I upgraded my IP406 and Voicemail to 4.2.20. I have things working now... but... I have an IP400 Digital Station that if I plug the phone into it... it will not work. I plug the phone into the IP4000 in the 8 ports at the front... it works great... Any ideas?

I'm new the Avaya and IP Office (I have acquired this mess from someone else). My client has 2 offices; office 1 has ext's of 300-400, office 2 has ext's of 100 only. When in office 1 I push ext 146... when I push 1 i get incompatible.
