Hey there, trying to remove a subscriber from Audix and am getting "please wait" in the upper right corner then after about 2 minutes "system error" in the bottom left (see screenshot), and obviously the sub is not removed...any ideas why?

perhaps they're using it to transfer someone to a voicemail box by conferencing in the voice mail system and finding their box...just a guess, not really sure what they're using it for if at all.

turned out to be a firmware issue with the phone. in order for this specific setup to work, the phone must be REL 4.0 or higher and his phone is 3.0. Thanks!
well, we tried and struck out. user says he tried to answer a call without having the headset button activated and it did not work...square one. just looked at CDW and this cable may not be compatible with the Plantronics CS530 headset he has. need to check Plantronics but CDW lists 510 520...
