Thanks for your reply wfischer, I contacted them but they refuse to give me support because I am out of the contract. I mean, they ask me for a mastercare number to get the software but I do not have it anymore. But I just want to get the software I paid for few years ago.... The ngenius team...- regissss

Hi all, I have to configure a distributed sniffer for a company and I have few problems; I have an old distributed sniffer (ET2W) and an old version of the software (DSPRO 4.2).
