We are using IP softphones in our outlying offices. Ever since we upgraded our McAfee the computers in these offices lock up whenever they logon to the IP phone. Coincidence?? I don't know.....Anyone have this problem or have some insight?

Try adjusting the receive and transmit gain under Audio Options on the softphone. This usually takes care of our problems with echo.
