9620 One -X vs 9620 standard
The two phones act totally different in how the call handling appears and fuctions. What would I need to change in the firmware to have both phones fuction the same? Is it something that can be done?- Relusent

9620 One -X vs 9620 standard
I have the IP Office 500 8.1. Are there steps to make the 9620 one-x function the same as the 9620 standard so that all the buttons function the same. Thanks- Relusent
