The system freezes, all LEDs flash, must be rebooted first thing in AM and then 5-6 times more per day. How do we fix the corruption that appears to cause the BCM to freeze?

MICS 7.1 SW release. Press either 1/Feature button plus 71 or 2/try to program it with Feature button *3 programming code on a key and the display shows "Denied in Admin". Cannot use that feature and I need it for Centrex transfer.
The Caller ID from the c/o is not appearing on the telephones. Also when they do appear, they can't be redialed from the phone display soft keys. Also can they appear and be redialed from the Desktop Manager with LAN-CTE interface? Do we need a 3rd party vendor like Convertech to make this work?
