the wonder of sip. what is the status of firewall/nat in the network topology tab? maybe you could download xlite to your laptop/pc and put your sip account details in to see if you can get incoming to work,

Hi, I have users with 5610 handsets, when the users are on a call there is no timer ticking away to show how long the call has been in progress, have checked the settings on the phone and cannot find a setting or suchlike to show the timer, was a recent upgrade from ip400, 2030's. any ideas...

i have a dt16 that does not see the head unit, when i connect via the dte port the HT screen says "waiting for backplane clock" any ideas anyone? cheers osk
