    Distortion on wav file attachments

    I have the same issue with R9.0.3 Voicemail to email intermittent distortion on messages played as wav files on pc. Sounds good playing message with the phone thought. Have changed the pc and the IP office control box. Any others with this problem?

    CM Release 6 ftp backup failures

    Prior to Release 6 I could backup the system via ftp. Now with Release 6 ftp backups fail. It seems that Avaya has taken away all forms of local backup, flash and now ftp. Any suggestions on how to backup these system files?

    I am installing a new S8300/G430 cm 5.2.1. When logging into ASA for the first time with dadmin it is giving me the usual "enter a new pin" after entering the pin twice I get "connection with the device has dropped" and after repeating several times with different pins, same response.
