Yeah, have carried out 'Service' restarts in addition to a Server / Client restart, issue persists.
Although i have read that this issue is most likely being caused by '.net'.
I am recommending a complete remove / reinstall of:
IIS > .Net > CCC as there does'nt seem to be a definative answer...
