I am running into issues with dialing out of the US as of late. Is there a way to see the country codes that are currently in the switch? Also, what is the easiest way to add a country code if need be?

Thanks for all of the help. One thing, will changing the number of rings from 4 to 9 ( for instance ) affect all of the phones on the system or can I identify a specific DN/TN?

We have an Option81 with Succession 3.0. We have a number of phones that can't dial what AT&T says is a local number. I assumed that was because of the NCOS being at 0 or 1. Going forward, is there a way to see what the switch thinks is the local numbers? If so, is there a way to add/change...

I was asked to get a listing of all of the DN's and the names associated with those DN's from the phone switch. Does anyone know of an easy way to print - or better yet, extract - this info from the switch? Thanks in advance for any help...

We are trying to forward an internal analog DN to an 800 number at another facility. We are able to create the DN/TN, but when we apply the feature DCFW 16 91800xxxxxxx we always get a SCH5199. Can anyone please tell us what we are missing?? Thanks in advance for your help...

acewarlock - I can get into LD 81 and put in CNT, but when I get to FEAT if I type in SETS it goes back to FEAT; if I type SET it gives me a SCH code error. Am I missing something else during the input?

I put in the extension of the phone in the DIG and got a SCH0900 error. I put the pick up group in the DIG and got a SCH0903 error. I apologize for my ignorance, but is the DIG?
