    Bhassel It will work...it's working in my office as we speak! When the call is routed out of the switch the FDN is reset although the CLID stays with the original call.

    You can get more than 3 hops from the FDN if you use DID's by programming the FDN to the external number of the DID. Ex First ext 3000 FDN 4001 Second ext 3001 FDN 92324002 Third ext 4002(DID 232-4002) FDN 4003 Fouth ext 3004 FDN to VM thread798-1554795

    800 number fwd to dn which is fwd to external number

    This one has me... I have an 800# that routes to a DID in the switch which is forwarded to an external number. All works fine from a land line...but if you dial the 800 number or the DID number from a cell phone it gives me a VM msg instead of forwarding the call....any sugs?
