Can these phone be used on public wireless internet (provided the setup is okay with Teleworker) or is it just a an IP Wireless phone that must be used within the network or VPN? I was wondering if there was a method to login such as at a Starbucks etc?
Had a similar problem, are also using Cisco router. Our IT guys turned off the Cisco H323 helpers that come built into the router. It you have Cisco phone hardware you need them on but otherwise for IP Office you need to turn it off.
The big item is to TURN OFF Cisco H323 Helper. We had it on and it caused major issues.
