    Thanks for reply milespower, Let me correct something.CCMA server is win2003,client computers are win 2000. Yesterday i tried to install new activex whichs are coming with SU04.I can see real time screens now. I gave it to customer to install it on all machines.

    Backup CCMS 6.0

    There is too many type of backup. For database backup you can use CCMS backup utility. But before this you must prepare CCMS and remote computer. Duration changes depends on your database size. For example Backing up 96 GB database takes more then 3 hours.

    When an agent accept a outbound call, she can see all imported information about customer.I want to add new fields like bankcard number,credit card number, etc. I have created fields on CCMM Administrator program and i can see on the agent desktop screen. But i couldn't fill it.
