    DBC422 02 Compatibility

Thanks for that. Does it have to be a minimum of R16 for the '02' version phones to work? We have a couple of them but they're configure for md110/MXone and we can't get them to 'upgrade ' with a bp250 txt file.

    DBC422 02 Compatibility

Sorry but this is a BP250 question. Anyone know if the V2 dbc422 is compatible with an R13 system? If not, what version does the BP need to be at? Any advice much appreciated.

    IP Dect Dap Controller

We had a similar issue. We had already done what jonlovejoy is suggesting, but things then went horribly wrong. The original 4 DAP's then wouldn't come back up. Eventually got all 5 DAPs working at 4910b502.

    Predictive Dialer for IPO 500?

There are 2 versions. Progressive & Predictive. Predictive will usually set up more calls than you have agents available. Causing the problem of silent calls for the called parties, although there is legislation that is supposed to have stopped this.

    Music on Hold

Don't forget,in the UK, if copyrighted music is used as MoH then a PRS license is required. Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

Intermittent DTMF tones on IP Office 4.2 after upgrade

We have had the same problem re-ocurr having gone through the 3.2.999 process. A soft reset has no affect but a power on/off appears to do the trick.

    Moving forward, IPO and beyond

There's potential for a song title in there somewhere!! Cat amongst the pigeon time?? Can voice people adapt to data better than data people adapt to voice? No offence meant to anyone.

    Moving forward, IPO and beyond

I agree, nothing wrong at all with wanting to better yourself. Although still a lot of potential in voice etc. but maybe more on the network/data side of things.
