I have a 406 (3.254) with a PRI T1, and I have two trunk groups set up in the 406 for the PRI. What is the best way to setup dial 9 outside dialing. When I set it up all calls go out one trunk group.

1.) I have rebooted both systems. The voice networking is set to yes. I can ping both IP Offices. I do not have any errors in manager.
2.) The 3.254 was recommended by tech support.
3.) I am using monitor and I am not seeing a problem.

I know that you can do this, but I was told that there was a way with short codes. I have a IP Customer that this is an issue, and wants one button with BLF and Auto Intercom per ext. Does any one know a short code to do this? Thanks
