The systems have the same COS index for Ip Trunk, and this COS it´s sharing across the systems? Is possible that system A and system B don´t have the same COS and you don´t checked both of them?

If you have a system to work in your lab, test script with Procom, capture when you launh script, and save how txt. You will be able to paste it you can paste it through putty. I´m not sure if you can stick a very long block or if you limited to send or if you will have to paste in batches
