Hi guys, I recently bought an SX-200 CXi from Ebay, just for fun. I already found some admin guides in the internet and I have access to official MITEL documents as well but this 200 stuff is simply too old. To complete my documents it would be great if anyone could share an Installation and...

VXworks corrupted with incomplete IP address of sw0

Hi folks, here's what I entered (look screenshot). Still getting "Attaching network interface sw0... Error setting inet address of sw0 to 192.1681" Karstenhttps://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=9b32d259-9f2a-49ac-80c6-9dc92b8f6813&file=Screenshot_2021-04-19_181739.jpg

VXworks corrupted with incomplete IP address of sw0

Already did this... c and cd command are the same aren't they. Anyhow, tried that and it still doesn't work. VXworks still carries on to insert 192.1681 as IP address for sw0.

Error setting inet address of sw0 to...

    Mitel 3100 Password Recovery

Thank you - I don't have a MOSS sheet - that's why I don't want to default it. But if you could provide SW anyway I'd be very happy - maybe I'll get access later. You can mail credentials for your dropbox to kasiwupp (at) yahoo.de Thanks a lot for your trouble. Regards Karsten

    Mitel 3100 Password Recovery

Hi folks, I recently bought a MITEL 3100 from ebay just for fun. Login screen says 4.2.3.0_UK. Unfortunately, the default system/mnet login doesn't work (protected with an unknown PW). As it is also based on VXworks I tried a few commands known from the 3300 but they don't work either. Do...

Lundah, that wouldn't help - the settings are correct, they are all the same. Mitelboy, thanks for the hint, I will try that. Thanks, Karsten

    SIP: 420 Bad Extension

That's the point, Billz66, I'm pretty sure to send the correct calling line information, I tried every variant. And yes, you're right, incoming calls are OK, outgoing are failing.

    SIP: 420 Bad Extension

Hi guys, system (192.168.0.91) is a MiVB7.1 with Vodafone GER SIP trunk (formerly Arcor). The system uses no MBG and communicates directly with the gateway 192.168.0.1. All settings were done according to SIP COE Mitel with VF GER. The system registers and the SIP number can be called, both way...

5550 / MiVB Console Call Queuing

Hi guys, does anyone know if it is possible to queue a call on a busy station using 5550 IP console or MiVoice Business console? Cannot get rid of flashing DSS keys after changing Hot Desk numbers

No, it didn't. But the solution is very simple. I just deleted the monitored devices in the Remote Busy Lamp Assignment form and re-programmed the DSS keys. That resolved the problem without the need of deleting the extension. Thanks for your assistance! Karsten

Cannot get rid of flashing DSS keys after changing Hot Desk numbers

Hi guys, platform type is 3300 ICP MXe, MCD4.0. We have personal ring groups with OP27 and 5340 IP telephone connected together under one number. The 5340 IPs are used for logging into Hot Desk profiles. Due to better optical busy signalling we swapped the DNs of OP27 and 5340 under each other...
