Anybody have some clue on how to take apart the cases on a Nortel T7316? I have one that had some Mountain Dew spilled and has some sticky buttons. I took all the screws out, but don't want to break the housings with the pry points. Where are the pry points?

I have a Nortel Norstar MICS R3.0 that has been in since 2007 without changes. Recently we have had random sets reset/flash then come back to life, (not all sets affected, maybe 5 of 30) sometimes while on calls, and the caller is still there when the set comes back to life, sometimes they reset...
Thanks, I'll try a reconnect / repunch cross connects, but typically a bad connection will drop the connectivity lights and they are still lit. Also a disconnection will typically show up as "innactive feature" not "no resource" in the display. The software compatibility chart shows no issues...
Has anybody ever seen "no resource" when trying to connect to voicemail? I have a MICS 4.1 with a callpilot 100 v31.10.23.22. Voicem mail goes down, indicator lights still show connection, and F985, F981, F980 all give "no resource" in display. Happened 3 times and reboot brings back to life...
