    No. It looks as if extns 8416, 8577 & 8547 forward on BRNA to 8583 which in turn forwards BRNA to 8547 which then forwards back to 8583. The first forward (eg 8416 to 8583) works ok, I would then expect it to go to 8416's voicemail box if not answered. I'm sure this is how it's worked before.

If a call is forwarded (BRNA) to a second extension and this call is not answered, instead of the call dropping back to the voicemail box of the original extension it just continues to ring on the second number...
