We have Communication Manager Messaging....we don't even have Aura Messaging. If we have to go the VDN/vector route we will...just seems there is a more efficient way to do it, I mean if the coverage is going to let you send it to another extension to ring...you would think that coverage path...- ermago89141

Coverage path assistance going from cover answer group to group voicemail box
I am attempting to send a call to voicemail after going to a call answer group and it is not picking up. The call comes in on the DID and routes to extension 65000 which has a coverage path of 8. The first point is c1 which is a coverage answer group for 4 phones. After 3 rings, I need to...- ermago89141
