Sounds like the PMS-VM interface is down. Call a vacant room to be sure that mailbox is closed, then do a test check-in on that room. If a test call still bounces, the interface is definitely down. Troubleshoot the interface with the PMS Support Desk and be sure they do a database swap to get...
I think the Intertel CX3000 has become the Mitel 3000. It's a small (max 52 users) VoIP system for small business and residential applications.
Look on Mitel's website for more information.

I strongly recommend you take nfcphoneman's advice. Spend more time selecting the vendor than the equipment and you'll win every time.

This is what has worked for me in the past, so give it a try:
-- Disable Opt 612 in her COS (this option effectively overrides the Headset Mode Feature Code and keeps the phone locked in Headset Mode)
-- Program a Headset Mode Feature key on her 4015
-- Plug the amplifier into the handset jack...
Isn't the headset feature dependent on the Speakerphone function? The 4015 is monitor only, isn't it? Why not bump her up to a 4025?

@ SNIP81 Just remember you heard it here first. That's why I love forums... unless you have your experts on tap, posting on a forum is like broadcasting an SOS.
@ JimHilton I've seen that before, too, and it puzzled me enough that I looked into it. The bits within a serial packet are sent...
Shielded wire is always the best choice for sound but be sure to ground the shield properly at the amplifier end. That's the only way the shield can do much good because it has to drain the induced current somehow. Otherwise, it can actually add to you problem by acting as an antenna to pick...
To display the printer port settings, from the Maintenance screen select 1-System, then 2-Show, 4-Device, 8-Printer Port.
To change the printer port speed, from the Maintenance screen select 1-System, then 1-Set, 4-Speed, 8-Printer Port.
I know of no way to change the 7/S/1 parameter.
Harry...
The only thing you can change about the Printer Port is the speed. Other than that, you're stuck with adjusting your other device to xxxx/S/7/1. The only way around that would be an iPocket.

I doubt you'll find many options for a single pair (true USOC RJ-11) pre-manufactured mod cord, but they're available in 4-conductor.
Try here http://www.sandman.com/25pair.html#CriticalCords These are 15' long, which would give you two 7 1/2' cords if your layout lets you halve them. If...
