    Changing CRM Router Mailbox?

    How can I change the Router mailbox to a different account? I installed it using a personal user's account and they lose all their mail as soon as it is recieved, as the CRM router pulls the messages immediately.

    Anyone able to help me on this one? It seems also that from a domestic PC I cannot SEND e-mail using smtp on the administrator account either, so what is different about the administrator account compared with normal users?

    Hi I have exchange 2003 running on my server. I also have clients accessing e-mails using IMAP in their domestic outlook accounts. All accounts work fine, except the Administrator account... the server does not accet username and password. Any ideas? Outlook web access works fine though.
