We are planning to move to a more modern phone system in the next year or two. Whatever system we choose will most likely have "single-number reach" capability, so I think that I will just tell the user that what she wants is on the horizon.

The value of FDN for most of our phones is 4224, which is the extension people use to access voice mail. If I change the value from 4224 to 4902, what happens when neither person answers an incoming call?
