I've set up an application that should enable the caller to dial extensions that begin with 2,3,5 and 6000 level extensions.
Thru Dial on 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx and 5xxx works fine. 6xxx fails with: that number can not be reached from this service.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

I can hear the DTMF but I do not receive any dial tone. I've tried plugging in a 3903 into the same port and I have dial tone.
Is this a common problem?

Just make sure the same local account (username and password) exists on the machine that you are backing CP up to.

On one of our ACD Q's, agents are receiving dead-air phone calls. This is a random problem and appears to be happening a dozen times a day.
I've enabled call trace, but that hasn't told me much as far as the CLID goes.
