Does somebody know if its possible with call presentation classes to define a Not Ready Reason Code when a call gets requeued when an agent doesn't answer a skillset call?
I have rebooted the active sccs and replication seems to be ok again execept that the stable queue stays growing.
Will this be resolved by itselves? Or do I have to keep an eye on that?

I have a SCCS 5.0 envirnment with a warm standby config but on the replication server I see that the replication agent of my active server is down. DSI connections are up to standby and active.
How can I bring up my active replication agent?

Thanks for your answer, this seems a little bit strange to me because this hex representation of the agent id is exactly the same as the agent uses to logon.
For me the hex of 5640 would be 1608 but indeed you're right.

Have you installed the latest SCCS server Patches?
SU5, SUS501,SUS502,SUS503,SUS504. In these Patches are some fixes for the HDX enviroment, but I'm also having other problems with hdx and tapi for the moment.

Witch service is responsible for the connections between SCCS client and SCCS server? Can I start/stop this service without any problem? (without call flow interruption or disconnection of sccs agents)
